WA state Gov. Inslee Issued a statement ahead of Jun 30th Re-Opening--
No more SOCIAL DISTANCING , CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS or FORMS (exception being large indoor venues)
Special NOTE: Masks are still required at Emerson Salon.
As owner of Emerson Salon, I am "better safe than sorry" and the WHO (World Health Organization) recently recommended even those vaccinated continue masking indoors due to the extremely deadly Delta Covid 19 variant. "What we’re saying is once you’ve been fully vaccinated, continue to play it safe because you could end up as part of a transmission chain,” added Bruce Aylward, senior advisor on organizational change to the WHO’s director general. (quote from the Scientific American)
Thank you for your compliance and understanding. I made this decision based on the following factors: I touch multiple people a day & due to the nature of this close contact I feel that this gravely endangers those who cannot vaccinate (children, etc) in our communities. This is a risk I am not willing to take inside my business.
