POLICIES:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will automatically incur a cancellation fee. A $25 cancellation fee for haircut services OR a minimum $50 cancellation fee (or more depending on the color service) will be incurred for cancelled color services after the 24 hr deadline. In general, color services cancelled without 24 hr notice wil be charged 50% of the color service. I ask respectfully to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hrs before the start time of your appointment. Rescheduling appointment with less than 24 hrs does not nullify the cancellation policy fee.
